Kajsa attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado where she received a B.A. in Social Sciences and Sociology in 1994.

Kajsa attended the University of Denver College of Law where she received her J.D. in May of 2000

Kajsa was admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado in October 2000.
